Why You Need This: Getting the right tennis stroke timing can be difficult.
Luckily, I have a great step-by-step video to help you become a timing master in two phases:
The first motion is to make sure your body is fully loaded with your weight on our back foot as the ball is hitting the ground.
This early loading will ensure you have plenty of time to shift to the front foot and have good rhythm on your stroke.
That brings us to the second piece. After the ball begins to bounce, you can shift your weight to the front foot, making contact well out in front.
If we load and shift our weight properly, we can make a nice, fluid motion every time.
